Crossroads. A nominal fee of $10 per person makes this opportunity possible.

10:00 - 10:30 am - Gather at the Urban Living Center [1705 Baltimore] for a cup of coffee and introductions. We will depart on our walking tour promptly at
10:45. Hope you brought your comfortable shoes!
1819 Central Gallery & Studio - Be one of the first to tour this new Crossroads Gallery & Studio. Artist Lisa Law’s photography and film, Flashing on the Sixties, will be on display. The members of the 1819 Collective will talk about their services which include creative development, photography and recording.
Lightworks - Glass artist Dierk Van Keppel opens his studio and shares his passion for handblown, cast and fused art glass from which he creates custom art pieces, lighting and public art installations.
Lidia’s - Join Lidia’s Chef de Cuisine for a cooking demonstration in the restaurant’s loft. You will learn how to make a frico, followed by a seated sampling of some of the restaurant’s delicious summer fare. Cash bar for those in a celebratory mood.
Leedy-Voulkos Art Center - Director Holly Swangstu will talk about founder Jim Leedy and his vision for creating a thriving arts community in Kansas City. She will share highlights & a tour of the center’s current exhibition.
